I made deposit $1,400 on Friday 29 June. First teller put my money into the somebody account (when she was working, she was talking on the phone in the other hand). I went there again let she fix it. After the it got fixed, I check my balance in mobile banking it was correct. But on Saturday Morning I check in mobile banking again, it was disappeared. I call customer service, they couldnt do notthing on the phone. Said that I need to go to the branch. I went to the branch, the manager checked for me said problem because time zone. So he can't do notthing, he said I need to wait for Monday night my money might go trough. Now it is Tuesday Morning I still haven't seen my money yet. I made a phone call to customer service 1800673555 the lady answer the phone. I told her the story, she only said that I need to go fix at the branch. Right now is 7 am, bank is not open. And my money still disapeared..
