I made a deposit at a local Wells Fargo Branch: 1180 S. Diamond Bar Blvd Diamond Bar, Ca 91765 #909-396-4524. My deposit comprised of $500 in cash and a check. They readjusted my account for the cash amount saying I did not deposit this amount. I gave the deposit including cash to the teller: Jennifer who filled out the deposit form for me and did the transaction. The bank states the deposit only reflects the check. My cash is gone. I am upset and furious with this matter. A rep named Isaac there is assisting me, but the customer service line 800-869-3557 was very unhelpful and suggested that a letter in the mail would explain the mishap and that I am out $500.00 of my hard earned money.
I am not getting any resolution as quickly as possible as I feel a bank institution would correct this immediately. Please assist. This is wrong. Their error costs me the client: #$%^# Customer is always right: especially a big institution of their magnitude.
