I received a letter from Salute Visa informing me that the card program has been discontinued and that i will still be responsible for any balance owed... No problem... My problem is they are charging a monthly maintainance fee on an account that I will no longer be able to use... I called to talk to them about it and got nowhere... The first person i talked with. I got nowhere so i asked to speak with a supervisor... After being put on hold for 30 minutes... A person named Ramone answered. Identified hisself as a supervisor... I said about 3 words and was transferred to a "Tire One" company... This lady i talked to was RUDE... I was explaining to her that i had no problem paying the money that i owed but i don't understand why i should still have to pay a maintainance fee... We went back and forth for about 20 minutes so finally i asked for an arbitration... According to her they dont have an arbitration process... Thats total bull... I've researched and EVERY company offers the process... Like I've stated... I have no problem paying what I owe... But a monthly fee on something I'm not using... To me its like paying rent on a house you no longer live in...
