I have had the card for a little over 6 months, made all my payments on time, even got an automatic balance increase last month because of my good payment history, and last week on 1/28/09, I sent in another payment and over the weekend went on line to see if pymt received. I could not get any information on my account, finally called last night 1/2/09, and told by the first CSR who could not speak english well that I have no account, when I requested a supervisor, I was given a floor supervisor who could not speak english well but informed me that management has cancelled my all Salute cards, and when I asked when were they going to tell me he stated a letter went out on the 30th, (have not received any letter), and when I asked about my recent payment he said "yeah, we got it, you owe it to us", when I asked for a further explanation as to why my card as well as others were cancelled he told me he does not have to give me a reason, but told me he expected me to pay down the remaining balance on card, even though it is cancelled and hung up. Someone need to do something about this.
