HSBC Card Services
HSBC card services charged my account a $30.00 late fee even though I made the payment on the due date and notified HSBC by phone when the payment went through. They deliberately will not post the payment for two days causing my account to be late. I spoke with a customer service representative and she told me that if I made the payment with her by phone and paid an additonal $15.00 fee, the payment would post immediately. My payment was made on the due date, why should I pay additional fees, they gave me a due date and I adhered to it.
