Laptop paid off but late fees charged and constant calls

Cheating us of our money. We payed off our laptop and couple months later they called us and told us that we're accumulating late charge fees. I tried calling all the different numbers to fix it but they have been throwing me in circles and everything I try or they tell me to do leads me in a big circle with a dead end. They won't stop harassing us all day every day
