Simple problem. This company has time and time again refused to dtop calling even when asked to provide proof of the debt. On the phone they have re-dated a debt that was a charge off by Sears. We had worked with Sears in 2001 and settled the account. PRA as ignored repeated request via phone calls and Letters to stop calling. The last time a person called, I told them that the call was being recorded. They hung up. Since that time, they only call with a recording. So today I am filing a formal complaint with the FTC.
I suggest that eveyone else here do the same. This may get the SOBs fined AGAIN. One could only hope.
