Portfolio Recovery Associates has been calling and harrassing us on a discharged debt from 1991, and deceptively attempted to claim to us that we made a payment as recent as 2004 which is absurd. They will not stop calling.
They are after my wife (prior to our marriage). It is long past the SOL, and out of jurisdiction now. They will not provide details on the debt, just their word about it. They will not sho documentation to us that they actually bought the debt, and when, and from who
