I also did so much research and was about to purchase a similar program, but found her ad claiming a competitor's system was a scam. I guess she had 4 fingers pointing back at her. Part of her original promise was to provide 30 leads, so she is being disengenous when stating that the first person to complain against her was provided 20 more leads. We were suppose to receive 30 call transfers (we did not receive the full amount), which were of such horrible quality that it seemed that her telemarketing center in India was just going through the motion. Besides the huge $3500 investment, she immediately got us to shell out another $450 for a telemarketing lists that was also horrible and we even hired a very experienced telemarketer from the Philippines to call on this list (we also called) and with the same horrible result. We specifically told her that the initial $3500 was the absolute end of what we had for investment and that this was going to have to provide a return before we committed any more funds for other types of campaigns. When we told her that we could not commit any funds for her tear sheet compaigns. She laid into us as being dishonest about our committment which was farthest from the truth! Finally she did provide us some mailers we sent out that finally resulted in one closing, which provided us about 50% of our investment return, not counting on all of our time working to implement her system. Finally, our company provided a 60 minute direct marketing class with several strategies that was absolutely free and our results were incredible. On 100 direct mail pieices only (not tear sheets) we funded 3 loans and this class was absolutey free! The point being, you do not need to pay Chany Foerster because most of the strategies she is selling is found somewhere online for free. I will not challenge her intentions only her claims and they are over inflated and hype for sure. Save yourself the heartache and your hard earned money and find those sources who provide free to low cost seminars that are even more effective.
