I have been scammed for $4500 (plus interest from using a credit card to pay with) from a financial company called Global Fortune Network. They called me to invest in their call center for debt settlement. There was a guarantee of a 125% return with 9000 leads going through their call center. Apollo Marketing Services is the company using the leads in the call center. After the first round of telemarketing calls failed to produce any results, I was told that they would start another round. They called me once a week to update me on the status of those leads, but the status was always the same. They also called me twice a week to sell me the same thing I had already been sold. They kept telling me they would take me off the calling list, but they never did.
I had to send them a W-9 form and they provided me with a back office to view the status of the leads. I checked it every day for a couple of months. I think I started asking too many questions about the data online so then they changed the way I viewed the numbers and information. That should have been a big hint these guys were up to no good.
Let me tell you, these folks are just as slippery as they come. They used as much honey as possible to get me to believe that they were only there to help me get my financial status in a better place. They raved about how happy they were for me in making this decision to trust them to make me lots of money. They said they would guarantee just this first investment, but since they never delivered any results, I never invested any more money. Thank God for that. Oh, and I do have a few names of those that I spoke to there.
