My agency hired Go Telemarketing firm out of Plano TX. For telemarketing services; We were told that each lead would cost $43.00 with a minimum order of 10 leads or $430.00. We were also told that. That they provided solid leads for an appointment @ 43.00 per lead. We ordered 10 leads and found that only 1 was an actual lead that was qualified and lead to an appointment! We were told by perspective clients that the y did not ask for an appointment or even set and appointment. They also said tha the telemarketer was not understandable because of a language barrier! The company also stated that any leads that were not legitimate would be replaced. Well guess what! They refused to replace any of the 7 returned. I highly Recommend Not Using this company for any of your telemarketing needs! Their Telemarketing program for $43.00 per lead is very poor at best! We've been in the insurance business 20 years and have never had this experience with a telemarketing company. Beware of Go Telemarketing; Take their advice and "GO" TO ANOTHER TELEMARKETER!
