Our firm paid $1,877. To Voicelogic/Infolink via sales rep. Derek Watt for 2 telemarketers who would provide 65 hours of telemarketing services and live transfer leads. We were told that based on the present performance of other campaigns similar to ours that we would receive 1-2 live transfer leads per day. The call schedule was to be performed Monday-Thursday form 3pm-7pm central and a daily call report would be provided for the previous day's call activity and results and the additional unused hours would carryover to the next campaign. Day one of the campaign we were only provided with one telemarketer, no live transfers and what seemed to be a bogus call report. Day two we received no live transfers, and no call report. We attempted to contact Voicelogic/Infolink by email and phone on numerous occasions to pause the campaign so that we would could get obtain our daily call report and make the appropriate adjustments to make the campaign successful, however we were avoided and never received another daily call report. After finally reaching Derek Watt to discuss this matter he stated that our funds were use by the call center and his firm provided a sanitized call log stating that they performed the contracted service. The call log clearly states the time that they were supposedly calling was in excess of 4 hours per day, they were calling on Friday which based on our agreement calls would only be made between Mon. And Thurs. 3-7pm and on top of that we only received one call report, never received any live transfer calls. Voicelogic/Infolink was asked to provide a refund to our firm for no providing us with the service that we contracted for however they have refuse to do so.
