Visa rip-off unfair business practices

I have contacted them numerous times about card and their fees.

They tack on $25 late fee. Then it brings my card over the limit so they tack on an over the limit fee $25. They also wrote and explained they could help me with this but no one will help you when you are over the limit. Viscous cycle to rip off money from you and believe me they have did it to me!

I have contacted numerous times to get limit increased so I wouldn't keep getting over limit fees. They will not do anything You get kept on hold until you are tired of waiting. The people that do answer do not know anything about your account. They never have a manager available when asked.

I also paid this bill in full on the 17th Dec. I asked the lady the total amount and paid over the phone and told them to close this account. They charged me another $15 to do it. Then this week I get a bill for $48 for finance charges. I already paid the bill in full. Do not understand this.

I do know other people that have not had to pay fees when paying over the phone to them.
