Ripoff never provided promised credit limit and charged more in fees than limit was

Charged 189.00 dollars for 300.00 limit then never provided limit and charged an average 100.00 month in fees and when payment was slightly late 0ne month had telemarketers calling 20 times a day after i told them payment was in mail. Still never actually allowed to reach 300.00 limit
