This company keeps tacking on over the limit and late fees after there mistake and won't budge

For over a year now this company keeps tacking on over the limit fees and late fees for their own mistake and won't own up to it, they said my payment a year ago was late then the they added the annual fee which put it over the limit and continue to keep adding them ever month. My $300 limit charge card is now at $807.30, I have called numerous times and always get sent from manager to manager and they all say to pay the balance in full and they will close the account, I even tried to pay it off and a reasonible amount and they wouldn't even consider lowering it at all. I always pay the minimun amount owed and it still keeps going up and up. I hope someone can please help.
