This Francis and I reside in New Jersey. This company is also putting us in forecloseure for being two months in arrears BUT the problem is they refuse to put our taxes and insurance in with our payments. We have begged and pleaded with them since the day we were going to sign and we were told after a few months we can do this All this began back in 1998 December 23, nice Christmas present, we have asked them time and time again but to no avail.
This company does not want to put our taxes and insurance in with the payment. Only reason most of us get behind is when we are not given the right to have taxes and insurance in with our payment and this company rather RIP YOU OFF and start a forecloseure when according to state laws you have to be more than two months back and this company also refuses to accept our monthly payments.
This company when you call them and ask them to have everything incorporated tells you " OK, we will note this on your record and get back to you." They NEVER do, and when you call again they say the same darn thing and never note it on your record.in fact I believe this company is an A.K.A. Of Freemont which is located out there somewhere and can not trade in New Jersey.
