Fairbanks Capital put my property in forclosure by refusing to accept my payment through Western Union. I am currently in forbearance with an extra charge of over $12,000.00 added to my mortage.
Fairbanks charged me for insurance and I already had insurance on my property. I had my insurance agent to call them with me on the other line while she faxed proof of insurance and they still charged me for insurance and refuse to accept my mortage if I didn't pay for the extra insurance.
I have two mortages with this company and it has been nothing but hell. I feel as if I was raped and the perportator laughs and taunts me daily.
I had late charges of over $5000.00 and payments put into suspention. I have writen letters and filed complaints and nothing has been done about this company.
My credit is ruined and I have gotten behind on my other bills because I have been trying to play catch up with this company.
If someone knows of any legal recourse please please please let me know.
