Phony collection agency trying to collect for AT & T

GC Services said it represented AT&T. They had the code from a previously disputed bill from AT&T which had been settled months before. It was only for $27.41. The man said he was the collection agent and then a woman came on and said she was from AT&T. I investigated and found out that they were phonies. They gave the phone number 888 503 7122 but AT&T fraud department said there was no such number.
