Afni has tried to collect a phone bill from in the past few months from Verizon. This was a month ago... I disputed the collection and they sent me a letter saying that it was investigated and found that it was not mine after all. Tha bill was for a little over 450.00. Now today I get another collection letter from Afni with the same phone number and account number but the dollar amount is only 293.45? What gives?
I still have the letter they sent me a few weeks ago saying that the account has been resolved after they investigated and found me not at fault.
