Received a phone call stating that i was 1 year behind payments for a sum of 37.88$. The last time that i utilised their services was in 2005. Here we are 6 years later and they want to collect. I told them that i had cancelled their services in 2005. They kept on asking me if a had proof that i had cancelled their services. Ya right 6 years later who keeps this!!! Now there telling me if i don't pay they will send me to the collection agency after me. What the hell i am frustrated, who in their right mind collects after 6 years. My adress or my phone number hasn't changed in the last 10 years. Anyway he explained to me that i was actualy 4 months behind when i had canceled my method of payments and they been trying to collect since then. I then told him that 4 months at 2.95$ a month x 4 =12$ plus tax, why trying to collect 37.88$!!! Anyway i had no choice to agree to pay half of the bill even do that i'm getting royally screwed! Just wanted to informe the public of their non-sense and again they can really screw up somebody when they want to! So did i do the right thing by paying half of the bill or should i of took the chance with them sending me to the collection agency?
