You need to look at this piece of paper in your home documents and this will tell you what your payments will be if your in an ARM mortgage. Homecomings did not say anything about this and when I called Homecomings, they kept on beating around the bush and would not say a thing about this paper. They just kept telling me about everything else and how the interest was going to go up. If you have this paper and you signed it when you bought your home, Homecomings cannot change it period! MOST people do not know about this and believe me, Homecomings will NOT tell you anything about it. So, if your in the process of your ARM rate changing to a higher rate, please check to see that you have this paper to save you ALOT of headaches. We have been through total hell trying to figure what we were going to do about our interest rate changing and not being able to afford it.
