I have a home loan with homecomings which they bought from another company in November. Homecomings was not my initial mortgage company. Now my adjustable interest rate is going out of control and I cannot refinance with another company or with homecomings for a fixed rate. Its like they are trying to force me out of my home. Is there any help out there for desperate people like me. Since my loan is with homecoming is it not possible for them to refinance my loan to a fix rate that way I can be able to afford to keep my home.
