My daughter just got off the phone with her friend who states her and her husband are losing their house to Horrid Homecomings! They just had twin babies.
Their situation is duplicate to ours when trying to work with Homecomings. They fell behind on their mortgage (3 months). Paperwork was filled out by them, faxed into Homecomings, who of course, (as in our situation), never received the documents! Wow, imagine that! This young couple now has the money to catch up on their mortgage but Homecomings, with its usual NASTY manner, will not work with them. Too late for them as it was for us!
Homecomings' President sends out the letter to make it "appear" that they want to help you, but just try to get someone on the phone or have them return your call! I hope Homecomings gets it due!!!
