Homecomings kept on raising our interest rates without notifying us. We went from 8.9% when we started a few years ago and now this february they are going to raise it to 15%.
This is nuts! How can they do this when mortage rates our down. I know we have a varial rate but come on. I think they wanted to get rid of us because we own a mobile home. Not a lot of places take on mobile home mortages. It took months to find one. When we finally found a mortage company, homecomings rate was 14%!
