I need help...
I did not see this complaint until I had the local deputy deliver a civil summons for me to appear in court.

I'm not sure what to do other than hire an attorney for representation. I shouldn't need to because of the age of debt. However these criminals claim I made a $500 payment last year to reage the debt.
.
Now I'm looking at an expense of retaining an attorney and time from work to fight something that shouldn't be an issue.
.
These people (Portfolio Recovery and Sessom & Rogers) have harassed, threatened, insulted, and damn near caused me to have a heart attack over a debt that is WAY WAY beyond the statute of limitations of 3 years here in North Carolina.

I am asking... Pleading... Begging anyone who might be planning a class action lawsuit... Please for the love of God add me. I wish nothing in return but some peace, quiet and for Portfolio Recovery and Sessom & Rogers to be nothing more than a bad memory.

If you win millions... I don't care... Just put these S.O.B. S where they belong.
Enough is enough and apparently from reading these posts, I'm not the only victim.

These people have absolutley no morals and are in total violation of about every law put that SHOULD keep them in check.
