Portfolio Recovery Associates is reporting on my Trans Union credit report as a delinquent credit card debt that is way past the statute of limitations in the state of California.
I do not even owe the money they are saying I owe of over $10,000.00. They are re-designing the debt in the attempt to extort money from me.
