*Explanation The issue pertains to overdraft fees that were applied to my account when my account balance was in the POSITIVE. I have documents from my online banking that show these actions. While being in the positive, I received four consecutive overdraft fees, mind you while being in the positive. This created a snowball effect and now has put me in debt due mistakes by the bank, in which, so far they yet to take responsibility for. I have talked to several different branches of the bank including Operations Manager Ray Smith, who is currently looking into the matter. When I contacted the Lexington Office, a teller openly admitted a wrongdoing, but could not do anything about it. The Berea Office continues to avoid me and have been very rude to the extent of hanging up the phone on me. They claim that a withdraw/transaction was made on the 14th which caused the overdraft. Their records on Community Trust Online Banking counter that claim revealing that the transaction was completed after the deposit on the 15th. I do have documentation showing this. I have contacted over 10 representatives on this matter and each has a different explanation and/or course of action. So here I am with proof in my hand. I am hoping an outright document showing the truth will justify me getting my money back and the snowball that was caused by their lapse of responsibility will be fixed as well.
