Overdraft Fees Ripoff

I was charged overdraft fees unfairly due to misleading and untimely updates to online banking. I have a accumulated $200 in overdraft fees as a result of 2 transactions made on 12/29. The overdraft for these 2 items were $66 but I continued to make purcahses as my account did not show an overdraft until 12/31.
The funds for 12/29 purchase were deposited to my account but because I made an internal transfer after 9 P.M. The funds did not post until 12/30. Also one of the payment I made on 12/29 was by ACH and it had not posted in the account on 12/29, this posted through the night on 12/30 as a 12/29 transaction.

In the meantime 5/3 bank continued to send me email notifications on my daily balance which did not show any overdrat fees. I had sufficient funds to cover my payments and purchase but when they charged me an overdraft fee on 12/31 it overdrew my account and this caused that all other purchases I made on 12/30 to be charged and overdraft fee.

I have all my email notifications with my daily balance and a list of all my purchases in the order that they were made. I even walked into a branch on 12/30 and made a cash deposit in the morning before making any purchases but because of the order they post transactions; debits first and credit second, purchases made on 12/30 were also overdrawn. When I contacted the bank the response was that this is a practice with all of the banks for a long time. No it's not, if I make a cash deposit with a teller that should post right away, if not I would have not deposited the cash and used this for my purchases. The bank refused to reverse these fees as I had OD fees reversed in the past not because of my mistake and they are aware of this, my Electric company made a mistake and charged my account twice for a payment I made. At the time I filed a complaint the electric co contacted 5/3 and the funds were returned to my account but this already caused overdraft fees which 5/3 reversed at the time. The bank manager response was that this was the electric co fault and not 5/3 and that I should have collected the overdraft fees from the electric company. Really... If I knew that they were counting this as courtesy reversal to my account other than a mistake by the electric co, I would have gone after the electric co.
