Threating with heavy fines, arrest, and imprisonment for a bad check I never wrote

This Company Is Saying I wrote a bad Check 7 years ago, To AT&T Broadband and are threating with heavy fines, arrest and imprisonment If I don't pay It. I never had AT&T Broadband!!! They call on the phone all hours of day and night with these threats. Plus send letters, They won't send me any proof or the bad check. This company is a fraud from what I've been reading about them. I've been to the Police about them but yet to here anything from them about it.
