Kept appling overlimit fees, even with greater than minum payments and calls to pay enough to avoid future fees

Several times I was being charged fees that I should not have been charged. I made several calls to fix this, being told to make payments that would fix the problem, and yet, with each new bill I would get another overlimit fee. This is even after I was told how much to pay to avoid this fee. My payments were on time and greater than the minum amount to be sent in.
