I arranged a payment plan with Fairbanks Capital to cover a

Missed mortgage payment. I made the call, they gave me a payment amount Pre-authorized via my checking account and funds were withdrawn 3 consecutive moths. I was told this brought me to current.

Now a get a demand letter, threat of foreclosure. My extra payments went to corporate fees???

I go to a lawyer today.
