We have dealt with this company for 10 years now and still have yet to find one kind considerate employee. There is no grace period for payments and if you get over the due date they call and threaten forclosure action.
Once made a payment by money order and and whoever enters the payments put one number off and we were called every hour and harrassed. We gave them the M/O number and the account supervisor"Larry" told my wife she was lying and should just admit it and send the payment.
When I arrived from work that evening he called again and told me I was lying. He said I was to go immediately to the store and send him another payment by quik collect or he was forclosing on us. He said people like you should just pay your bills and this wouldn't happen. I told him I made more than enough to pay for this mobile home and did not have a money problem.
This opened up another can of worms as he began to tell me how he makes so much more than I do and he lived in a brick house and didn't have to have a low class mobile home like me.
I was harrassed in this manner for over 2 hours and he finally said he was turning me over to his boss. This man took all the information I had and called me back in less than 2 minutes saying he found the payment in a"floating" account. It had been entered with one digit off by them.
He said he was sorry for the mixup and hung up.
This is only one of many rude stories we have. If you have any other option, don't do business with them...
