When we sent our payment for January it was cashed but never posted to our account. We have been given an employees name to contact in order to correct this error.
However, as of today, we have not yet received a return phone call based on our 5 messages left for her, beginning January 23. We have also left messages with the employee's supervisor. The supervisor has not returned our phone calls either.
We owe February's payment on the 14th. I am certain that they would love to call us back on the 16th so that February's will be late too. I do not consider the "Services" portion of the companies name to have any meaning thus far.
The only helpful information we have been able to find out is: our January payment is being held in an account (not related to our loan account) at Wachovia, no doubt earing interest for them, since January 7.
I am sure many of us would like to start a company that allows us to hold customers funds for over a month, not return phone messages, and earn interest without punishment. What a deal!
