I ordered the Wu-Yi diet tea from this company on December 30 and my credit card was charged the same day.

Just like others that ordered from them, I received a 14 day supply because the tea was on back order. The tea sent to me was Wu Yi Tea Plus.

I tried the tea on three occasions and felt sick afterwards. I called their phone number 1-800-715-3369, which is an answering machine which asks you to hold for a customer service representative... You wait... Then the answering machine tells you all are busy so leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible and Happy Holidays.

I left two messages to have my order cancelled since I had not received it but no one returned my call to say it had been done.

On January 30, the original order of tea was shipped by Fed Ex, therefore my messages were ignored. I tried contacting NaturaBrands, LLC by phone and emails asking how and where to return the tea for a refund. On February 4, [email protected] answered my email stating my order was shipped via Fed Ex and that I should receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Obviously they do not know how to read because my email told them I had received the teabags today and I wanted to know how and where to return the teabags for a refund.
On February 6, a man answered the phone. I told him I wanted to know how and where to return the teabags as I had tried a few of the 14 day supply which made me ill. He tried to talk me into trying the tea again which I refused to do. He finally told me to use the return authorization of MR (and my home phone number) and that I could use any mail service. I wanted to use one which I could track so I used UPS. The teabags were returned on February 6 and was received by them on February 8.

I've called twice leaving messages asking when I would receive credit for the return and as of this date February 27 I have not received a return phone call nor my refund credit.

Save yourself the hassel and do not do business with these people.
