I went online for a payday loan and of course you have to give banking information for them to o.K. Your information but not a debit card.

I went online with this one company and thought it was called fast cash and when it got to the end to accept i immediately e-mailed them and decline the transaction due to such high interest and told them to forget it.

There was this lady named kendra beggs who kept calling me on my cell phone and telling me to go to the site and sign in and o.K. The transaction. Well i tried but had forgot the password and had spammed them out and could not get them back in nor get in touch with her.

So they started every two weeks at $50.00 0ne time then $60.00 the next and put $200.00 in our account. I told the bank and they were rude about it when some checks bounced and said well you gave them the information and permission. I said no i did not they wanted me to call and verify and i never did, you have to give that info for them to o.K. The loan just as i would have to give you all off my information if i applied for a loan here. She insisted there was nothing that they would do. I told her i did not authorize it and she said well you must have. I explained one was done and i declined it and they were not given the right to do this to no avail.

Now after time has gone by they well have gotten their money. So we start telling the bank o.K. You wouldn't listen, so now they are continuing it! So stop it, it is fraud online. They would do it we would catch it and the whole crap of the affadavits and stuff constantly went on and on. Then they did not get one they said but who paid for the mistake? We did, they sure did not take any responsibility that the customer could be right but answer the phone that they are the bank of higher standards and thank you mrs. Carol.., you are a valued customer since whatever and that has been almost 8years!

Then we finally stop payment on them and they were clever to run one and when they saw they got caught? They changed one to $45.00 from $50.00 and good old Bank of America lets it go through. More headaches. So I file again and then they make a mistake. I call on the 60th day tell her to send it there. She says it will take 4 hours, well that is not enough time!!! I tell her I did not know this, give me until tomorrow on the 61st day, then they o.K. It.

I show up the next day and they send the wrong ones and I sit there for 30 minutes waiting on the right ones. Am re-assured everything is o.K. And no problems.

Two weeks later I get a letter in the mail that the time limit is past and there is nothing they can do! Bull, now I have copies thank goodness and have to spend my time proofing myself to them life law, because they do not believe me on the phone. They even sent me an ATM card Fed EX and left at my door for over 24 hours and we had $27,000 in the bank. What if it was stolen? They would have not covered. But the guy says well we do not that. I do not know who did it, but we normally do not. Talk to Fed Ex??? WHAT?

Who would have? They have not stopped this yet. Two days ago it goes through as a check!!! They let it, a totally different number and not signed. What bank does that?

Again we file now check fraud. When are they going to do something and protect their online customers. They have the worst complaints of online fraud than any other Bank around and they do not care. What is wrong with them. They are one of the largest in the world. They lost Billions in the last quarter. Most they have ever lost. And why?

All to loans on mortgages and defaults. They are failing. They are counting their assetts with paper and all together. Banks used to count their assets with paper and gold with gold. We do not have the money to give the people if we go broke do we Bank of America?

People out there... The government is printing paper money we do not have and the banks are shelling it out and using your savings to loan. What happens when they cannot back that up. Look on line how many banks are failing. We were promised in the 30's that it would never happen again well it is. FDIC is insurance and they cannot recover all of the money. They do not have it either. Watch where you put your money... Is is really safe? I do not think so anymore. We printed up 300 trilliion in 30 days, it took our country to do that in 300 years!!! PROBLEMS!!!

Now I found out that Fast Cash was not the Company I originally borrowed from, there is a Kendra Beggs and she is legtimate and there is a company who took my online payday laon and got my message to stop it and they are the only ones I signed up with so that makes Bank of America responsible for all of these fees as far as I am concerned, because they got through the online SSL and that is their responsibility to protect us and they probably will not. Well if people would walk away like I am going to do and leave them high and dry, then others do it, then they will learn with the public but until then they will contiunue stepping on you. CONSUMERS STAND UP AND WALK AWAY...
