Reporting MBNA accounts discharged in Bankruptcy as B of A chargeoffs

Simply stated, I filed bankruptcy and it was discharged in August. A couple of days ago I ordered my annual free credit reports. Listed on them are accounts I had with MBNA that were discharged in Bankruptcy but they are listed under Bank of America as chargeoffs. I have never had an account with Bank of America. Anybody else out there?
