Allied Interstate This scumbags are trying to collect on a 20 year old debt discharged in bankruptcy

I received a letter from these mofos about an old credit card account that was discharged in bankruptcy in 1992. They list the amount due as $5,236.59 but will accept $1,309.15 to settle the account. They even acknowledge that because the debt is so old, they won't sue and won't report it to any credit reporting agency. Why are these dirtbags even bothering to send me a letter? I refuse to pay any debts that were discharged in bankruptcy.
