Rude harrassing would not listen or offer any alternatives to resolving issues. Would not help with concerns and told me to hire a lawyer without any opportunity to resolve

I called to National Actions in response to a debt that had been referred to them by Dell Financial after account with Dell was current. Mr. Pell at this agency would not listen to what had happened and basically told me to hire a lawyer and hung up on me. Two days later his assistant called back to find out when I would be making arrangements - is he nuts. Reported them to Federal Trade Commission
