I'm so frustrated with Dell and their financial department.in February of this year I received a phone call from United Recovery Systems regarding my Dell account and was offered a settlement agreement to be broken down into 3 payments in a 90-day window. First payment went through. March 4th received two emails stating that my last 2 payments had been cancelled. Called March 8th to ask why payments were cancelled and that I did not authorize this. Nobody can give me a straight answer!!! I've been in a constant battle over this.
Called... Again... Today and spoke with someone at the initial collection agency. Found out that my account was recalled from the collection agency the day after my first payment went through. I find that very funny! I have spoken to numerous people regarding this. I have been told my account will be investigated and I will get a call back... Never happens. Was told I'd receive a call back in 2 days from a supervisor named Mike... Well Mike, please get this taken care of!!! Next step is the BBB and bankruptcy so they won't receive one more red cent from me!
