Is a scam artist. Do not apply with them for any reason

I was charged 19.00 for nothing. I never received any money from them and haven't heard from them since. I just wonder how many people daily they do this to. I have a family of five with three small children and I work everyday to support them. I do not appriciate this and if given the oppurtunity to, I will do to by best ability to put a stop to this organization/person responsible. I have a sick baby at home whom takes a lot of time and money. I do not work for someone to just take... Or should I say STEAL from me.
