ME and my family were in serious problems, about to lose my home. We found this company HOME ASSURE. Talk to a so called representive, went threw the process, with all the paperwork, sent them there fee (2000.00) dollars. So now here im thinking that my family will be ok. HOME ASSURE people told me that they can help me and well be ok, they called my mortgage company, and they told me that there in a workout agreement with my mortage company, give them a couple days and they will get back with me to let me no what the workout was. I gave them 4 days and finally i called them to see what was going on, and to my surprise nobody new what was going on, and no one new were my paperwork went. So we had to do all the paperwork again, now were getting closer to my sheriffs sale, about 4 days away. Talk to HOME ASSURE representive and they told me to let them work on this and everything will be ok. Still to find out that when you try and get any information from them its like try to pull teeth from a baby. Now that im in a panic 1day away from the sherrifs sale, numurously calling HOME ASSURE to finally get a person on the phone, she told me give her a couple hours and shell look into it. Finally i get a phone call from HOME ASSURE and she told me that a representive from countrywide was on the phone so we had a 3way conversation on the phone, the phone call went nowhere, the mortgage company didnt want to work anything out, and told me that we should have called sooner, not the day before the sale. I a panic as i was talking to countrywide asking them what i could do to save my house, she told me to file for emergency bankruptcy, so now were at the day were my house was going to be sold at 2pm, i had to rush to the courthouse to file these papers, this stop the sheriffs sale that dAY, BUT HOME ASSURE RAN AWAY LIKE A DOG WITH ITS TAIL BETWEEN ITS LEGS MONEY HUNGRY COWARDS. Now that i did all the leg work not HOME ASSURE, im still trying to save my home, to were if companys like HOME ASSURE did what they say they were giong to do, i would have 2000.00 in my pocket INSTEAD OF FLAM COMPANYS LIKE HOME ASSURE AND HOME ASSURE. The people that work for them arent any different then scam artist stealing money and getting away with it. There so called money back garantee is only as good the paper its written on. So if any others had dealings with this company please let me no, so we can get them shutdown and stop stealing money from people down on there luck.
