Wal Mart money card
GE bank Cancelled because I had too many deposits.internet

I have 4 cards that I have put on with wal Mary money card and they are for my kids and my mother. They all live in Texas as I, but I work out of state. My mother keeps them and therefore I pay rent and food and everything else necessary to support them to my mom. I also send money to each one of the children as allowances for school (meals, gas, etc) and sometimes their dental spots come up and forget so I have to deposit again and do on and do forth.

Well I was told tonight by WMMC that I will be cancelled on the 24th due to the fact that I have too many deposits. WHAT? That's insane. I have never heard of that. I have had a few of these cards more than 3 years and now that all the kids have cards I am being treated like I'm doing something wrong. According to them I am not suppose to do more than 5 deposits per week on all my cards but if I only had one card I could do 5 deposits on it with no problem... Is that a joke or what. Then I was proceeded to be told that I could NEVER get another WMMC again!

For some reason I'm not buying this... I did request to speak to a supervisor and the woman outright told me there was no one else to talk and that that was the policy. Well as far I as can see, nowhere on the faqs or the wal mart Cardholder agreement.

To be honest, this is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. I pay the $3 fee all the time and according to them, if you deposit more than $1000 in the previous month they will not charge you the monthly fee and I have been charged and never complained because it was easy for me to use for my families needs.

This card gave me the ability to keep my money in my bank and not have my kids use that account and overspend. The whole point of the Family pack WMMC was exactly for that purpose, to limit our children and this is the CRAP they come up with.

Totally ripped me and my family off with this STUPID "policy".

To: WMMCYou've let go of a great customer due to you're prejudice, because I know many more that do this and I have done this for a long time and now you make up excuses to ruin my ability to support my family appropriately. So much for you help!

To everybody out there: find another prepaid card because this one just went in the toilet.
