I was contacted last week by this company. I was in the middle of a family death and seriously was not paying much attention. I gave them my checking acct information.
Here is my problem:
I called them back the next day to cancel. It took me 4 days to get through, most times the phone is just busy. This is not a typical credit card company. They have NO website, they have NO customer service, you cannot get through to an supervisor.
After four days, I finally spoke to someone, advised them that I wanted to cancel. They said no problem, that today's date and the last 4 digits of my phone number are my confirmation number. I asked for that in writing, I wanted something faxed to me immediately, her entire attitude changed she got nasty told me that she would MAIL me a confirmation. I told her that BY LAW I had the right to a fax, she cursed at me and hung up. I tried to call back and now all I get is a busy signal. I will be reporting this company to both the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General in Florida today.
