I signed up for a "free trial" and was told I would be billed $49.95 a month if I did not cancel.
I received my credit card statement and I was billed $49.95, so I called 800-928-1645 and a recording told me they were experiencing "high call volumes" and to continue to hold... This went on for about 15-20 minutes until I received a busy signal... So I hung up and called back, now all I received was a busy signal.
I will dispute this charge by writing a letter to my credit card company. Under the "Federal Regulation Z" and the "Fair Credit Billing Act" this company was "not authorized" to bill my account $49.95. (I know this to be true because I used to work at a credit card bank.)
