Getorganized emailed my order confirmation and it was for an amount higher then stated at the time I placed my orde

Last night I placed an order totaling $17.68 including shipping charges from Getorganized.com (which is somehow affiliated with Taylorgfits.com because on their website if I want to email customer service, it goes to Taylorgifts.com). I was sent an email confirmation just minutes after placing my order from Getorganized.com showing a completely different price for the items I purchased along with a completely different grand total. My new grand total was $47.18. I immediately called the customer service phone number to try and resolve my problem, they were closed due to it being late so I sent an email.

I checked my email the next morning to see if there was a response from the company and there was not. I called the company again, only to get the rudest customer service representative I have ever dealt with in my life. I explained the problem to her in detail only to be told the order had already been shipped (less then 8 hours from the time I ordered it) and that she'll forward my information to the customer service department. When I advised her that I do not want my information forwarded around and then have to wait on someone to "maybe" fix it, I simply want my order cancelled or the pricing corrected, she told me that she had already told me the price has been corrected. She never told me this, she had only told me that she would forward my information. When I advised her that she did not tell me that or the problem would have already been solved she HUNG UP on me.

I called back 4x only to be hung up on 3 more times by her and 1 more time by another customer service representative that I had asked to transfer me to a supervisor. I did nothing to deserve getting hung up on. I was polite with the representative even though I felt as though she couldn't of cared any less about my problem.

I called back a 5th time only to get a supervisor who identified herself as "Ms. Williams" who was no better then the employee I dealt with the 1st time. She was extremely rude and it's no wonder the other employee I dealt with thought it was appropriate to act the way she did. Once again, I explained my dilemma with "Ms. Williams". She cut me off each time I tried to say something. Her only explanation was that the order confirmation invoice I received was from the company that takes the order before it's sent to them. I ordered directly from her company, there was no 2nd company involved. She also told me that she is looking at the correct total of $17.68 in her computer and the invoice that was sent to me was before a "code" for a discount was entered and deducted. I told her that never entered a code, she insisted that I did. I would know if I entered a code. I also explained to her that is is misleading to have "another" company send me an invoice for a wrong amount and she said it's not misleading because she's telling me the correct amount over the phone..?? I asked if she could send me an updated invoice and I was told I would get one in the next couple of days. Days??? When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she told me, she is her supervisor. I had to ask her if she was kidding? Needless to say, she was not.

While on the phone with this nasty so called "supervisor" I asked her if my order had been shipped already like the previous representative had told me. She advised me it had NOT been shipped yet. Great! My perfect chance to CANCEL this order and get as far away from dealing with this company as possible! When I asked her to cancel it, she said "fine". Now, do I believe it was actually cancelled? NO! I don't believe anything this company has said.

I called and spoke with the woman covering for the customer service manager and explained my problem to her along with lodging a complaint about their customer service. This woman was actually NOT rude to me! She confirmed that my order was indeed cancelled and apologized for the other employee's behaviors. She also told me that they don't have a "Ms. Williams". So not only was my entire order screwed up and I was treated terribly by their employees, I was also lied to about the "supervisors" name.

In the mean time, I have called my credit card company to see what total is being charged to my account? Is it the $47.18 that my order confirmation shows? Or is it the $17.68 that this terribly nasty woman is telling me she see's in front of her? Well, you got it... I'm being charged an amount I never agree'd to, $47.18. The credit card company is telling me at this point that the charge is a "pending charge" that's been approved, just not gone all the way through yet. Even though the company tells me my order has been cancelled, it does not reflect as a cancelled charge on my credit card yet. I'll have to wait till it goes all the way through to fight the charge. My best guess is that I will still end up being charged for it and have to file a fraud complaint with the credit card company.

To save yourself the hassle and stress that this company has caused for me, think twice before shopping with Getorganized.com (affiliated with Taylorgifts.com).
