Now I was applying for something else and by mistake filled out their information. After that was complete I was contacted. I explain that it was an error and do not wish to participate with their comapny. They still withdrew the money.
After I contacted them about this they tell me that the sales department has nothing to do with what they do. When I asked how where they then able to get my information and contact me about my account Cindy Yeskey the supervisor of Member Advocacy continued with the same line.
I asked to speak to someone else in charge. She put me on hold and came back on the line and said that she would transfer me to her supervisor. That supervisor did not answer her phone. Not only did I have to wait for 47 minutes to receive help they can not even answer their phones to explain why they don't communicate between depts.
