I was charged $72.21 by this company and I have never heard of them in my life. I contacted customer service after checking my bank statement and was told by the representative that she could not tell me the name of the company. I asked her what kind of company it was and she said she could not release that info. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. After twenty minutes I called the other number that I was given and this representative told me the same thing. He could not tell me anything on my account but he could cancel it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told to call back in an hour. I did and this last representative was even more evasive. She kept insisting that I wait 7-10 business days for my refund and that she could not give me any information on my account.
My thoughts were how can a company charge my account yet refuse to tell me anything as to why. I waited on the line with this clueless representative for 45 minutes trying to see if I could at least speak to a supervisor. She just kept going on and on about how she could not release company information meaning I could not have the corporate office number or any assurance that my funds would be replaced. Has anyone ever been granted their refund and is there no way to come after these guys legally? I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Utah and then the Federal Trade Commission. I hope that something can be done to stop these guys from doing this to anyone else.
