On December 3 I checked my bank account and noticed that $99.95 had been withdrawn without my consent. On November 18 I was applying for a payday loan and decided not to get one due to the high interest rates.
I did not authorize this company to withdraw funds as I only get paid once per month and am having a hard time financially.
On December 6 I contacted National Platinum Services Call Center. I explained the situation and she told me she cannot help me. I asked for the Company address in hopes of getting a reimbursement. There was no such company when calling Information to get a phone number.
I then called again and asked to speak with a Supervisor and she told me she was a supervisor. She hung up on me.
I called a third time and demanded to speak with a Supervisor and was hung up on.
