Called to speak to someone about getting a print out faxed over showing a credit to my account on 1/2/09 from my employer because on line it doesn't show. It says on line 000purchase.
First person spoke with (Jason kept putting me on hold. All he kept saying was the amount credited and who from. Couldn't get him to understand what I was requesting, he kept putting me on hold.
I hung up and called back. This tie I got Jeti and evently asked for a superviser. He was saying all he could do is tell my boss what company the credit to my account came from and couldn't or wouldn't understand that I need a print out so that my employer can correct my error in pay. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold and came back saying can I get a call back # for him to call you back tonight. He even spoke to my boss who tried to explain why we need a physcial sheet of showing who did the credit. He asked my boss for a call back number said for a call to night and them mention then started to say he will call you tomor and them caught himself. Then he just stoppped talking for a minute and I asked for him badge number.
I then called back again & spoke to the supervisor Con. Again not understanding what I need. Just said can't sent a fax. When asked why couldn't tell me. When I mentioned I have request information before to be faxed they were able to help me. He even asked to speak to my boss. He told my boss what amount, when and who the credit came from. My boss had to explain all over again why need physical proof of deposit. My boss was final able to get him to at least send send a request to a corp office for the information. He said it would be 1 business day. He refused to gice a copr number I can contact. All he wanted to do is get a call back number. Which I did give. So we'll see what happens. But after my fustration I don't expect anything.
