On October 9th, Platinum Members Fortress Secured Inc withdrew $49.95 from my checking account. I have never heard of this company, nor did I authorize them to take money out of my account.
I contacted them to return my money. They say it will be 30 - 45 days for a refund. I was hung up on several times, and several times I asked to speak to the supervisor. I was told his name is Jason, but was never allowed to speak with him, nor did he return any of my calls.
The company I contacted is called Customer Service Inc. Apparantly, they are a 3rd party administrator for Platinum Members Fortress, and there is no way to contact Platinum Fortress, as they are an internet company. They also refused to provide me with a phyical address.
There are several complaints out there about this company. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Sparks, NV police department. I want my money returned! If anyone has any suggestions on what else I can do, please let me know.
